MPD were engaged to carry out the design and construction of a large extension to a 1970s home. Key deliverables included a large extension the rear of the property to provide new living, laundry, 3^rd bathroom and alfresco space. A new double car garage and entry portico were added to the front of the property’s exterior, as well as a parents retreat, new gazebo and in-ground concrete pool.
